Ubitus, Foxlink, and Shinfox Energy Estalbish ‘Ubilink.AI’ to Position Taiwan as AI Revolution Center

On May 27th, Foxlink with its subsidiary Shinfox Energy, signed a global strategic partnership agreement with Ubitus K.K.(hereinafter Ubitus)to establish a joint venture “Ubilink.AI”. This partnership aims to be the foundation of Taiwan’s AI revolution and further strengthen Taiwan’s global competitiveness in future AI development.

With the endorsement from officials of the Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs, National Science and Technology Council, and Institute for Information Industry, as well as support from technology leaders such as NVIDIA, Intel, Supermicro, KIOXIA, Asus, AI Alliance, Foxlink, Shinfox Energy, Fuwei Power, and Hsin Hsin Natural Gas, the long term strategic goal of Ubilink.AI is to become the largest and most powerful green AI computation service center in Asia, setting the gold standard of AI with ESG, while advancing Taiwan’s AI adoptions and capabilities in both industrial and academic.

To achieve this ambitious goal, Ubilink.AI will initially set up 128 Asus AI servers equipped with 1,024 NVIDIA H100 GPUs, ready for service by the end of this year. Ubilink.AI plans to continue upgrading its servers and GPUs with next generation Blackwell architecture AI GPUs, the B100 and B200, when they are available. It is expected to amass a total of 10,240 H100, B100 and B200 GPUs by 2025, making Ubilink.AI center the largest in Taiwan, and equally largest in Asia.

In addition to state-of-the-art GPU infrastructure, Ubilink.AI leverages and integrates Foxlink’s manufacturing capabilities, Shinfox Energy’s green energy, and Ubitus’s cloud and AI expertise and resources, making Ubilink.AI uniquely and competitively positioned to offer best AI service in Taiwan and the region.
