Ubitus Teams Up with LINE and Carrefour to Develop AI Greeting Cards

Ubitus K.K.(hereinafter Ubitus), a cloud streaming solutions leader, partnered with LINE Biz-Solution to launch an exclusive AI festive greeting card campaign on Carrefour’s LINE official account. The campaign, running from February 1st to February 29th, 2024, allows users to celebrate occasions like Lunar New Year, Valentine’s Day and Fashion Trends with personalized AI greeting cards.

To participate in the “Carrefour Taiwan．AI Greeting Cards” event, customers simply required to follow Carrefour Taiwan’s LINE official account. They could then exchange for three AI cards depending on the theme of the period. The cards showcased a variety of designs and backgrounds, offering users with unexpected surprises. Users had to upload a close-up photo of their face, and the Diffusion algorithm would redraw the face on the card to resemble theirs. This innovative service simplified greeting card creation and added a personal touch, making recipients feel special.

This partnership between Ubitus and LINE highlighted the power of AI in custom content creation and introduced a new interactive way to celebrate festivals. Collaborating with LINE, Ubitus created a heartfelt and innovative card creation experience for Carrefour members. This enhanced the emotional bond between consumers and the brand in marketing activities.
